Three courtyard houses on an acutely triangular brownfield site complete a street of Victorian terraced cottages. The houses are orientated towards the sun and avoid the direct gaze of surrounding houses and flats. As the site widens, the houses and their courtyard gardens grow to reflect the increasing occupancy in each.
